Complete property management and maintenance services are the focus of our existence, and we operate in Downtown Charleston, Mount Pleasant, James Island and West Ashley. From the time we accept a home or apartment into our rental pool, our goal is to find the perfect tenant, maintain the property in the best possible condition, and deliver to the owner a monthly check that maximizes investment and the income stream.

On behalf of the owner, we include complete market analysis, advertising, marketing and promotional efforts to attract prospective tenants. We thoroughly screen all applicants, arrange for credit verification, and complete required documentation and contracts. We collect rent payments, adhere to a comprehensive move-out/move-in checklist to ensure that each rental unit is in pristine condition, perform ongoing maintenance as needed and deal with any emergencies. We are always available to solve problems.

We keep complete transaction records and believe in full financial disclosure. Just as tenants can expect quick response and complete satisfaction if they encounter issues during the lease term, our owners demand total transparency in all our dealings. We disburse funds on a regular timetable, with a detailed accounting of all monthly expenditures. There are no hidden fees; nor are monies withheld from an owner’s account except for authorized repairs and pre-approved charges.
